Brother and Sisters,
The Grand Lodge of the Fraternal Order of Police in partnership with Sprint-Nextel will be offering us special tickets to this race. As decided at our State Conference last month each local Lodge who attended the conference will receive tickets based on the number of delegates who attended the conference. These tickets must be used by members of the FOP and their guests and may not be sold, traded, or used by any local Lodge for financial gain. At this time, I would like to notify each Lodge of the number of tickets they have allotted to them. Please respond to this email by AUGUST 16th, to indicate that your Lodge will use these tickets.

This should be a very exciting event and I hope that each and every Lodge uses these tickets. By October 4th, I will need to know which FOP member(s) from your Lodge will be attending and who their guest(s) will be. On the day of the event, I will be set up at or near the event to issue the tickets to your members. At this time I will verify that each person getting the tickets is a member of the Fraternal Order of Police.
